She is also pursuing advanced studies through Gandharva Mahavidyalaya to further deepen her artistic practice. In addition to her accomplishments in the arts, she holds an MBA in Human Resources, reflecting her well-rounded academic background and leadership capabilities. With over six years of teaching experience, she mentors students through Shwastik Arts Academy while actively performing as a freelance artist. Her vision is to nurture future generations of dancers through a blend of traditional values and contemporary pedagogy.

Amritha Venkatraman, the founder of Shwastik Arts Academy, is a passionate and dedicated Bharatanatyam artist based in Bangalore, with over 18 years of rich experience in this classical art form. She received 12 years of rigorous training under the esteemed guidance of Guru 

Sri J. Suryanarayana Murthy and Smt. Rama Suryanarayana Murthy, and continues her journey of artistic refinement through self-practice and deep personal exploration. Her performance journey spans over 300 cultural events across prestigious stages in cities such as Thanjavur, Tirupati, Chennai, Vellore, Kolkata, Delhi, and more—captivating diverse audiences with the elegance and depth of Bharatanatyam. She has also performed with her students on platforms like Ayush TV (Karnataka) and Makkal TV (Tamil Nadu).
