As a teacher our responsibility is to be a positive role model to our students.This involves demonstrating exemplary behaviour and correcting lerners when they're wrong. As a teacher we also offer,advice and guidance to our students outside as well inside the classroom.
we also help to set performance goals and constantly remind learners of their progress. we set these goals according to our students' varying abilities and performance and offer encouraging words to motivate them to reach these goals.
we know that in a classroom students come from various cultural backgrouds, with intellectual abilities and learning styles so as a teacher we keep patience and can understand our students' differences. we mannage it and among many difficulties and differences we permote them to build their carriers.
