Stress Management - Typical Queries About The Webinar 

1. How do I register for the webinar?

You can register by clicking the registration link provided in the webinar invitation. Fill in your details, confirm your email and pay the entry fee or ticket price as mentioned above to complete the process.

2. Can I register on the day of the webinar?

Yes, you can register up to 30 minutes before the session starts. We usually recommend using 10-15 mins before the webinar for set up and mic & camera check. However, early registration is recommended to secure your spot.

3. Is the webinar free, or is there a fee?

Some webinars are Paid and some Free. The price is mentioned on the registration button.

4. I didn’t receive a confirmation email after registering. What should I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder. If you still don’t see it, contact our support team at sales@vla-courses.com. If you have the app installed, then the live webinar tile should show on the homepage, try refreshing the app. If still not visible, then contact support.

5. How do I access the webinar?

Once registered, you will receive a link via email to join the session. Click the link at the scheduled time to access the webinar.

6. Can I Join from my Phone or Tablet?

Yes, you can join using any device, including a phone, tablet, or computer. We recommend a stable internet connection for the best experience.

7. Do I need to install any software or apps to join?

If the webinar is hosted on Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or another platform, you may need to download the respective app. If accessing via a browser, no installation is required. If accessing via our own Mobile App called VOLA (you can scroll down the page for details), it can be easily accessed.

8. What should I do if I can’t hear or see the webinar?

1. Check your internet connection.
2. Refresh the page or restart the app.
3. Ensure your device's audio and video settings are enabled.

9. Will there be a recording available if I miss the live session?

No, this webinar will not be recorded. We encourage you to attend the live session to gain the full experience and participate in interactive discussions. However, we shall be circulating a pdf file with 'Key Take Aways of the Session' via the 'chat' option for those who have installed the 'VOLA app'

10. What will be the difficulty level for the session?

The difficulty level will be intermediate. It is a short session and the pace of the session will be fast to cover the topic well.

11. Which language will the sessions be conducted in?

The session will be primarily in English in the interest of the larger group. However, questions may be asked in Hindi.

12. Do I need to be visible on the camera during the webinar?

Relax, there is no mandatory need / requirement to be on camera during this webinar. You need functioning mic (for any question) and speakers / earphones.
