Mr.S.Vijayakumar, B.Sc Physics., M.A Criminology.,the founder and director of Vijayakumar IAS Academy, is a passionate educator with over 15 years of experience in teaching and mentoring students for competitive exams. He was a Group 2 topper at his very first attempt at the age of 22. His service places include the Needamangalam and Tiruvarur collectorate. He contributed his best service at the flood operation in Tiruvarur district(2010), 2010 Local Body Election, 2011 General Election and 2011 GoI Census.
