Refund Claim Period

Students can claim a refund within 15 days from the announcement of the result. Refund requests made after 15 days of result announcement will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the refund, it is mandatory that:

• You have consumed more than 85% of the total content offered in the course within the validity period.
• You have not cleared your exam as per the Guaranteed result criteria of your enrolled course.

These terms ensure that learners actively engage with the course content, giving a fair chance to only studious students.

How to Initiate a Refund Request

To claim your refund, please follow these steps:

• Go to the course you purchased.
• Scroll down and click on Claim Refund.
• You will be redirected to our WhatsApp Support.
• Our support team will assist you further in verifying your eligibility and processing your refund.
